Artspace Immersion: Minneapolis (2023)

Capacity Building for Creative Spaces

Artspace Immersion in Minneapolis!

Artspace is thrilled to partner with the City of Minneapolis Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy and their Capacity Building for Creative Spaces program to bring Artspace Immersion back to its home roots! Artspace Immersion is a 12-month cohort program that celebrates and supports organizations as they build impactful, creative spaces. We welcome these 10 Minneapolis-based creative organizations and businesses to our latest Immersion cohort.

Designed for groups in the planning stages of a space-related initiative, we bring together the people, tools, and access to resources that advance projects big and small. Central to this journey is the support of a learning community, to practice telling their story, build partnerships, and connect their work to broader discussions of community development and social justice.

What is Artspace Immersion?
1 of 1

Artspace Immersion Minneapolis is made possible by the partnership with The City of Minneapolis Office of Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy (ACCE) through their Capacity Building for Creative Spaces program. ACCE supports artist entrepreneurs, creative businesses and cultural nonprofits to ensure the growth and sustainability of artistic expression and creativity throughout Minneapolis. This work helps strengthen the health and well-being of every neighborhood by elevating the cultural identity of underrepresented creative workers and communities.
