Artspace, along with Loeffler Construction and Consulting, gave a "hard hat tour" of Artspace Hastings River Lofts to show the construction progress, spectacular views, and a sense of what it will be like for future residents. Hastings Community TV documented the tour and included floor plans, unit renderings, and other useful information in the video for those who want to learn more!
On track to open in July, Artspace Hastings River Lofts features 37 live/work affordable apartments for artists and their families. In addition to the one-, two-, and three-bedroom units there will be an on-site art gallery, retail space, as well as outdoor community spaces.
