Artspace Immersion is a capacity-building program that helps arts organizations navigate the real estate process, so they can secure the space they need to serve their communities.
This impact study was completed in 2023 to measure the successes and learnings from the first seven cohorts of the program (2015–2023). Representatives from 55 of the 63 participant organizations (87%) responded to the online survey. 71% of responding organizations identify as being led-by and serving BIPOC communities. This program was made possible by the generous support of the City of Minneapolis, Mellon Foundation, National Endowment for the Arts, The Kresge Foundation, and Windgate Foundation.
