This six-month, curriculum-based cohort program is designed to build capacity in six key areas essential to space planning: Leadership, Project Concept, Cost Analysis, Location, Funding, and Communication. Through a combination of peer workshops and guided one-on-one technical assistance, participants will gain the knowledge, tools, and confidence needed to advance their space initiatives. By the end of the program, cohort members will have a deeper understanding of the space planning process and a completed pitch deck to effectively move their projects forward.
