The late Barry Floyd spent much of his long real estate career in Loveland focused on preserving downtown’s historic charm. On Tuesday, Floyd’s longtime partner, Diane McInturff, cut the ribbon on the long-anticipated Loveland Feed and Grain, a mixed-use development created in one of the city’s most visible landmarks.
