Overview

South Main Artspace Lofts features the adaptive reuse of the former United Warehouse and the new construction of a second building on the adjacent parking lot. The project boasts 63 units of affordable live/work space for creatives and their families, working studios, commercial and community space, and an outdoor arts garden. The development aims to support Memphis’ South Main Historic Arts District to achieve a new level of vibrancy, as well as facilitate higher residential density.
